     This matter came before the Court on ________________________________.

The plaintiff appeared in person, however, the defendant neither appeared

in person nor by counsel.  It appears from the records and files of this

action that the plaintiff filed a complaint, served the defendant, and more

than twenty (20) days have passed.  It further appears that the defendant

is not in the armed services of the United States of America and is not a

minor nor an incompetent, and an Order allowing default to be entered

against the defendant has been made and entered.  It also appears that the

allegations of the plaintiff’s complaint are sustained and the plaintiff is

and has been a bona fide resident of the State of Idaho for more than six

(6) weeks next preceding the commencement of this action.
