COMES NOW THE
PLAINTIFF WHO APPLIES AS FOLLOWS:
1. The
plaintiff requests permission under Rule 10(a)(6) of the Idaho
Rules of Civil Procedure to file an
action for divorce without the
requirement of paying a filing fee.
2. The
reason for this application is because the plaintiff is
without the necessary funds to pay the
filing fee for a divorce action at
this time.
