defendant from any further obligation on those debts set out in

Exhibit “A.”

     ( )  It would also be just and equitable for the Court to order the

defendant to pay those debts before they become due or delinquent which

have been incurred during the marriage of the parties as set out in

Exhibit “B” attached to this complaint and by this reference incorporated

herein as though fully set forth and to further order the defendant to

hold and save harmless the plaintiff from any further obligation on those

debts set out in Exhibit “B.”

personally liable for any debt each has individually incurred since the
