1.  Child support shall be made payable to the Department of Health

and Welfare and mailed to Idaho Child Support Receipting, P.O. Box 70008,

Boise, ID 83707-0108.

      2.  All payments shall be made in a cashier’s check or money order

and shall be identified by the number of this case and the names of the

plaintiff and the defendant.

      3.  Both the plaintiff and the defendant shall promptly notify the

Department of Health and Welfare in writing of any change of address.

      4.  Payments made directly to the custodial parent and not through

the Department of Health and Welfare may be considered a gift in any

support enforcement action brought.

     All child support payments should be due on the first (1st) day of

each and every month commencing on the first month after the decree or

order becomes final, unless otherwise ordered in the divorce decree or

support order.  Furthermore, the child support ordered should be payable

until each child affected has attained the age of eighteen (18) years,

unless such child continues with his or her high school education, where,

in such an event, the child support payments should continue until the

child in question discontinues his or her high school education or attains

the age of nineteen (19) years, or is sooner emancipated, whichever occurs

first.

     For the purposes of any child support order entered herein, the
