and continuing in a like manner until the minor child(ren) of the parties

attain(s) the age of eighteen (18) years, unless such child continues with

his or her high school education where, in such an event, the child

support payments will continue until the child in question discontinues his

or her high school education or attains the age of nineteen (19) years or

is sooner emancipated, whichever occurs first.

     a.  Said child support payments shall be made payable to the

Department of Health and Welfare and mailed to the Idaho Child Support

Receipting, P. O. Box 70008, Boise, ID  83707-0108;

     b.  Said child support payments shall be made by cashier’s check or

money order and shall be identified by the number of this case and the

names of the plaintiff and the defendant;

     c.  Both the plaintiff and the defendant will promptly notify the

Department of Health and Welfare in writing of any address change;

     d.  Payments made directly to the custodial parent and not through the

Department of Health and Welfare may be considered a gift in any support

enforcement action brought.

     10.  MANDATORY INCOME WITHHOLDING.  Under Idaho Code section 32-1204,

the obligated parent of the child support order entered above, that is the

                         NOTICE OF INCOME WITHHOLDING

          This support order is enforceable by income withholding
          under Chapter 12, Title 32, Idaho Code.  Whenever there
          is an arrearage at least equal to the support payment
          for one (1) month, a mandatory income withholding order
          may be issued by the court to your employer or other
          person who pays you income, without prior notice to you.
