Administrative Order 00-1: Reimbursement Guidelines for Court-Appointed Counsel and Public Defender Representation
Whereas, an Administrative Order was signed on July
8, 1998 establishing guidelines for the reimbursement of court-appointed
counsel representation, and
Whereas, the existing guidelines do not cover
juvenile cases or some common activities in misdemeanor cases,
Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that reimbursement,
where appropriate for court-appointed attorney and public defender
representation, be ordered utilizing the following guidelines:
Misdemeanor and Juvenile Cases
Fees for each activity in the case. Fees are cumulative through case
resolution:
