It is hereby ordered that the Clerks of the District Court in the Third Judicial District are authorized to destroy all recordings and tapes of proceedings in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Court Administrative Rules 37 and 38.
It is further ordered that the Official Court Reporters in the Third Judicial District are authorized to destroy all stenographic records, recordings and tapes in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Court Administrative Rules 37 and 38.
