Administrative Order 00-7: Establishment of County Misdemeanor Probation Fees
Whereas Idaho Code
section 31-3201D provides that persons under probation supervision for a
misdemeanor offense shall be required to pay a monthly supervision fee not to
exceed thirty-five dollars ($35) per month as determined by the Administrative
District Judge;
Now, therefore, it
is hereby ordered that each Board of County Commissioners in the Third Judicial
District shall be authorized without further review by this Court to establish
a monthly misdemeanor probation supervision fee not in excess of thirty-five
dollars ($35) per month.
It is further ordered that the assigned judge may, for good cause shown, exempt a person from paying any part or all of the foregoing fee.
