Administrative Order 02-2: Substitution of Shari A. Dodge for the Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as City of Middleton Misdemeanor Prosecutor
Whereas, by
private contract, the Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney has acted, and will
act as the Middleton City Prosecutor in all misdemeanor criminal cases up until
January 31, 2002; and
Whereas, effective
February 1, 2002, the contract Middleton City Prosecutor is Shari A. Dodge for
all Middleton City misdemeanor criminal cases and Shari A. Dodge has agreed to
take over the representation of Middleton City in all Middleton City
misdemeanor cases where the matters are still pending; and
Whereas, the
record in each case needs to be amended to show Shari A. Dodge as the attorney
of record instead of the Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney,
Now, Therefore, It
Is Hereby Ordered that Shari A. Dodge be substituted as Middleton City Prosecutor
in all misdemeanor criminal cases in which the Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney
was representing Middleton City as the misdemeanor criminal prosecutor.
It Is Further
Ordered that a copy of this order be filed in each case and that service of process
may be made upon Shari A. Dodge even though the case file may indicate that the
Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney is the appointed attorney.
