Order 04-1: Appointment
of a Committee of Lawyers to Recommend Candidates for the Position of Public
Defender in Payette County
Whereas,
Idaho Code section 19-860(a)(2) provides that a
committee of lawyers be appointed to recommend attorneys for the position of Payette
County Public Defender;
Now,
Therefore, It is Hereby Ordered that Attorney Julie DeFord,
Attorney Bruce Birch, and Attorney Bert Osborn be appointed to serve on a
committee to recommend candidates for the position of Payette County Public
Defender.
