Order 04-4: Appointment
of a Committee of Lawyers to Recommend Candidates for the Position of Public
Defender in Gem County
Whereas,
Idaho Code section 19-860(a)(2) provides that a committee
of lawyers be appointed to recommend attorneys for the position of Gem County
Public Defender;
Now,
Therefore, It is Hereby Ordered that Attorney John Bujak,
Attorney H. Ronald Bjorkman, and Attorney William H.
Wellman be appointed to serve on a committee to recommend candidates for the
position of Gem County Public Defender.
