Administrative Order 04-6: In the Matter of the Substitution of Todd M. Lakey for Shari A. Dodge as City of Middleton Misdemeanor Prosecutor in Canyon County

Whereas, by private contract, Shari A. Dodge has acted, and will act as the Middleton City Prosecutor in all misdemeanor criminal cases through September 15, 2004; and

Whereas, effective September 16, 2004, the contract Middleton City Prosecutor is Todd M. Lakey for all Middleton City misdemeanor criminal cases and Todd M. Lakey has agreed to take over the representation of Middleton City in all Middleton City misdemeanor cases where the matters are still pending; and

Whereas the record in each case needs to be amended to show that Todd M. Lakey is the attorney of record instead of Shari A. Dodge;

Now, Therefore, It Is Hereby Ordered that Todd M. Lakey be substituted as Middleton City Prosecutor in all misdemeanor criminal cases in which Shari A. Dodge was representing Middleton City as the misdemeanor criminal prosecutor.

It Is Further Ordered that a copy of this Order be filed in each case and that service of process may be made upon Todd M. Lakey even though the case file may indicate that Shari A. Dodge is the appointed attorney.
