Administrative Order 05-2: In the Matter of Psychosexual Evaluators
Whereas,
section 18-8316, Idaho Code, was amended to relieve the district court of the
responsibility of maintaining a list of approved evaluators to conduct
psychosexual evaluations; and
Whereas,
additional amendments to section 18-8316, Idaho Code, placed the responsibility
of maintaining a central roster of certified psychosexual evaluators with the
sexual offender classification board; and,
Good
cause appearing,

Is Hereby Ordered that Administrative Order 98-5 is
rescinded effective immediately.
