Administrative Order 05-3: In the Matter of the Appointment of an Acting Administrative District Judge
Whereas,
Administrative District Judge James C. Morfitt will be unavailable to handle
Administrative Judge duties for the period beginning April 25, 2005 and ending
May 13, 2005, and
Whereas,
section 1-907(k), Idaho Code, provides that the Administrative Judge has the
authority to assign to other district judges in the district various powers and
duties;
It
Is Therefore Ordered that the Honorable Stephen W. Drescher
be, and hereby is, appointed Acting Administrative District Judge for the Third
Judicial District for the period of time beginning April 25, 2005 and ending
May 13, 2005.
