Order 05-6: Appointment
of a Committee of Lawyers to Recommend Candidates for the Position of Public
Defender in Gem County
Whereas,
the Gem County Commissioners have notified the Administrative District Judge of
their need to appoint a Public Defender, and
Whereas,
Idaho Code section 19-860(a)(2) provides that a
committee of lawyers be appointed by the Administrative District Judge to
recommend attorneys for the position of Public Defender;
Now,
Therefore, It is Hereby Ordered that Attorney John Bujak, Attorney
