Order 07-1: Limiting
the Disclosure of Information from Juror Questionnaires in Washington County
Whereas, Rule
23.1, Idaho Criminal Rules, provides that copies of juror questionnaires and
answers may be made available to attorneys and parties for purposes of trial
preparation, and
Whereas, Rule
23.1, Idaho Criminal Rules, provides that the administrative judge may enter a
limiting order for the deletion of the name, address, telephone number, and any
other information of a confidential nature about a prospective juror from the
information provided to attorneys and/or parties for trial preparation;
Now, therefore, it
is hereby Ordered that the Washington County Clerk of
the District Court shall delete the address and telephone numbers from
prospective juror questionnaires furnished to attorneys or parties in the
course of trial preparation.
