Administrative Order 07-5: Increasing the Penalty Amounts for Misdemeanor Payable Offenses
Whereas, this
Court previously entered Administrative Order 2007-2 on February 9, 2007 that
governed the procedures for the processing of misdemeanor citations and
arraignments and
Whereas, the 2007
session of the Idaho Legislature passed Senate Bill 1123 which has been enacted
into law and which provides for the iposision of an
additional fine of $3 on each finding of guilt for any felony or misdemeanor
count;
Now, therefore, it
is hereby Ordered that the penalties for payable
offenses committed on or after July 1, 2007 shall each be increased by $3 as
reflected on Attachment A to this order.
Be it so Ordered, this 15th day of June, 2007.
