of Court Attendants in Canyon
County
Whereas, Section 1-907(1),
Idaho Code, grants the administrative judge the power to appoint personnel to
attend to the courts and to assign duties to these court attendants for the
purpose of maintaining the security and efficiency of court facilities, and
Now, therefore, it
is hereby Ordered that Kenneth Fisher and Bryan Yiegnst are hereby appointed as court attendants and are
assigned the duties of maintaining order and security in all court-related
facilities in
