Assignment of Magistrate Judge James C. Peart as Pro
Tem District Judge to Preside Over Felony Arraignments and Admit/Deny Hearings
for Felony Probation Violations in Adams
County
It
is Hereby Ordered that Magistrate Judge James C. Peart
be, and hereby is, appointed as pro tem district judge for the purposes of
presiding over felony arraignments and admit/deny hearings for felony probation
violations in the District Court for Adams County.
It
is Further Ordered that the appointment pursuant to this Order shall be
effective immediately and shall remain in effect until rescinded by this Court.
It
is Further Ordered that a copy of this Order shall be placed in the pro tem
judge assignments file to be maintained by the District Court Clerk as a
central register of all assignment orders and a copy serviced upon all parties
as provided by Rule 2.2(e), Idaho Criminal Rules.
