Administrative Order 09-14: Assignment of: Magistrate Judge Dayo O. Onanubosi as Pro Tem District Judge to Preside Over the Canyon County Mental Health Court in Canyon County
It
Is Hereby Ordered that Magistrate Judge Dayo O. Onanubosi be, and hereby is, appointed as pro tem district
judge for the purpose of presiding over the Canyon County Mental Health Court.
It
is Further Ordered that the appointment pursuant to this Order shall be effective
immediately and shall remain in effect through July 30, 2010.
It
is Further Ordered that a copy of this Order shall be placed in the pro tem
judge assignments file to be maintained by the District Court Clerk as a
central register of all assignment orders and a copy serviced upon all parties
as provided by Rule 2.2(e), Idaho Criminal Rules.
