Ordered that the appointment pursuant to this Order shall be effective
immediately and shall remain in effect through June 30, 2010.
It is Further
Ordered that a copy of this Order shall be placed in the pro tem judge
assignments file to be maintained by the District Court Clerk as a central
register of all assignment orders and a copy serviced upon all parties as
provided by Rule 2.2(3), Idaho Criminal Rules.
