Administrative Order 10-10: Appointment of an Acting Administrative Judge
Whereas,
Administrative District Judge Juneal C. Kerrick wil be unavailable to
handle Administrative District Judge duties for the period beginning August 16,
2010 and ending August 20, 2010, and
Whereas,
section 1-907(k), Idaho Code, provides that the Administrative District Judge
has the authority to assign to other district judges in the district various
powers and duties;
It
is Therefore Ordered that the Honorable Thomas J. Ryan be,
and hereby is, appointed Acting Administrative District Judge for the Third
Judicial District for the period of time beginning August 16, 2010 and ending
August 20, 2010.
