Administrative Order 11-2: Appointment of an Acting Administrative District Judge
Whereas,
Administrative District Judge Juneal C. Kerrick will be unavailable to handle Administrative
District Judge duties for the period beginning March 19, 2011 and ending March
26, 2011, and
Whereas,
section 1-907(k), Idaho Code, provides that the Administrative District Judge
has the authority to assign to other district judges in the district various
powers and duties;
It
is Therefore Ordered that the Honorable Thomas J. Ryan be,
and hereby is, appointed Acting Administrative District Judge for the Third
Judicial District for the period of time beginning March 19, 2011 and ending
March 26, 2011.
