Administrative Order 12-13: Assignment of Magistrate Judge Dan C. Grober
as Pro Tem District Judge to Preside Over the Owyhee County Grand Jury in
Owyhee County
The
Trial Court Administrator for the Third Judicial District has requested additional
judicial resources in the functioning of the Owyhee County Grand Jury in the
Third Judicial District and has asked this Court, pursuant to Rule 2.2 of the
Idaho Criminal Rules, to appoint Magistrate Judge Dan C. Grober
as supervising district judge for this grand jury as there is no resident
district judge in Owyhee County. Therefore, good cause appearing,
It
is Hereby Ordered that Magistrate Judge Dan C. Grober
be, and hereby is, appointed as supervising district judge for the purpose of
presiding over matters coming before the Owyhee County Grand Jury.
It
is Further Ordered that the appointment pursuant to
this Order shall be effective through the expiration of the current grand jury
term in

is Further Ordered that a copy of this Order shall be placed in the pro tem
judge assignments file to be maintained by the District Court Clerk as a
central register of all assignment orders and a copy serviced upon all parties
as provided by Rule 2.2(e), Idaho Criminal Rules.
