Administrative Order 12-9: Assignment of: Magistrate Judge A. Lynne Krogh as Pro Tem
District Judge to Preside Over the Tri-County Drug Court in Adams, Payette, and
Washington County
It
Is Hereby Ordered that Magistrate Judge A. Lynne Krogh be, and hereby is,
appointed as pro tem district judge for the purposes of presiding over matters
coming before the Tri-County Drug Court for Adams, Washington and Payette
counties.
It
Is Further Ordered that the appointment pursuant to
this Order shall be for the period of July 2, 2012 through June 30, 2013 unless
otherwise provided by order of this Court.
It
Is Further Ordered that a copy of this Order shall be placed in the pro tem
judge assignments file to be maintained by the District Court Clerk as a
central register of all assignment orders and a copy serviced upon all parties
as provided by Rule 2.2(e), Idaho Criminal Rules.
