Administrative Order 88-9: Destruction of Payette County Civil Records 1917-1920 and December 21, 1979-December 31, 1979

The Idaho State Historical Society having notified the Court on October 18, 1988 that it has no interest in the civil records of the Third Judicial District for the periods of January 1, 1917 to January 1, 1920 and December 21, 1979 to December 31, 1979,

It is hereby ordered that in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Court Administrative Rule #38, the Clerk of the District Court of the County of Payette may dispose of all civil records of proceedings completed in Payette County during the periods of January 1, 1917 to January 1, 1920 and December 21, 1979 to December 31, 1979 by complying with the provisions of Civil Records Disposition Directive dated January 10, 1984; that all exhibits presented to the court in such cases and not reclaimed may be disposed of after a 30-day notice to the record owner or attorney who submitted such exhibit(s) to the court; and that the clerk shall complete a Records Disposition Form as civil records are disposed of, retaining one copy for their files and forwarding one copy to the Trial Court Administrator.
