Whereas Misdemeanor Criminal Rule 13 establishes a statewide bail schedule for specified offenses, and
Whereas Rule 13 further provides for the designation of additional offenses to be included on local bail schedules, and
Whereas Canyon County has adopted an animal control ordinance setting penalties for specified offenses and allowing disposition of offenses by written plea of guilty,
Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that the following designated animal control offenses and their bail bond amounts are established for Canyon County: Dog at Large $72.50, No License $72.50, and No Rabies Shot $72.50.
