Administrative Order 91-3: Setting Costs for Copying Judicial Records

Rule 32(m) having delegated to the Administrative District Judge the power to set costs for the copying of records and the undersigned Administrative District Judge having made an investigation as to the actual cost of copying records exclusive of personnel costs and the undersigned Administrative District Judge having determined that there should be a uniform cost of copying judicial records throughout the Judicial District,

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that the costs of copying judicial records in all counties within the Third Judicial District, until further Order of this Court, shall be as follows:

1. The cost of copying judicial records which are filed in a case with the clerk of the district court shall be the sum of $1 per page pursuant to Idaho Code section 31-3201.
2. The cost of copying judicial records which are not in a case file and are not filed with the clerk of the district court shall be the sum of $.05 per page.

It is further ordered that copies of this Order shall be posted in all clerk's offices in all counties within the Third Judicial District.
