Whereas the Gem County Board of Commissioners has requested that a committee of lawyers be appointed to recommend attorneys for the position of Gem County Public Defender pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code section 19-860(a)(2),
Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that Attorney H. Ronald Bjorkman, Attorney Louie Gorrono, and Attorney C. H. Higer be appointed to serve on a committee to recommend candidates for the position of Gem County Public Defender.
