Administrative Order 93-11: Delegating Authority to the Trial Court Administrator to Approve Fund Encumbrance Requests

Whereas the Chief Justice of the Idaho Supreme Court has designated the Administrative District Judge of each judicial district as the initial approving authority for all RFS (Request for Services) forms originating from the districts and

Whereas the Chief Justice has allowed that the approval authority vested in the Administrative District Judge may be delegated to the Trial Court Administrator,

It is hereby ordered that the authority to approve RFS forms for the Third Judicial District is delegated to the Trial Court Administrator except in those instances where the RFS is initiated by the Trial Court Administrator.
