Whereas Richard Comstock is on scheduled vacation leave until October 25, 1993, and
Whereas Kay Bigelow, the second pre-trial release officer, has been taken unexpectedly ill, and
Whereas Amy Rojas has been a clerk with the pre-trial release program since its inception and is thoroughly familiar with the program's procedures and criteria for release,
Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that Amy Rojas is temporarily appointed to act as a Pre-Trial Release Officer under the supervision of the Trial Court Administrator in Canyon County for the period commencing on October 18, 1993 and ending on October 25, 1993.
