Administrative Order 95-1: Destruction of Criminal Records 1988-1989

The Idaho State Historical Society having notified the Court on December 21, 1994 that it has no interest in the criminal records of the Third Judicial District for the period of January 1, 1988 to December 31, 1989,

It is hereby ordered that in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Court Administrative Rule 38, the Clerks of the District Courts of the counties of Adams, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, and Washington may dispose of all criminal records of proceedings completed in their respective counties during the period of January 1, 1988 to December 31, 1989 by complying with the provisions of Criminal Records Disposition Directive dated January 10, 1984; that all exhibits presented to the court in such cases and not reclaimed may be disposed of after a 30-day notice to the exhibit owner or attorney who submitted such exhibit(s) to the court; and that all clerks complete a Records Disposition Form as criminal records are disposed of, retaining one copy for their files and forwarding one copy to the Trial Court Administrator.
