Whereas the Third Judicial District Court encounters a large number of pro se litigants in domestic relation cases, and
Whereas many of these litigants have limited or no resources for obtaining legal representation, and
Whereas the Idaho Supreme Court has encouraged the courts of Idaho to develop court assistance programs in their counties, and
Whereas the Third Judicial District Magistrates have developed appropriate domestic relation legal forms for pro se litigants,
Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that each county court make such forms available for distribution to pro se litigants at a per page cost not to exceed fifteen cents ($.015).
